Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By registering for the myDigiStaff Affiliate Program ("Partner Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. myDigiStaff reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Commission Structures

Affiliates must choose one of the following commission plans upon registration:

• Fast Cash (30% Time-Bound): You will earn a 30% commission on all successful payments made by your referred tenant. This commission is valid for exactly one (1) year from the date of the referred tenant's initial sign-up. After one year, commissions for that specific tenant will cease.
• Passive Income (20% Lifetime): You will earn a 20% commission on all successful payments made by your referred tenant for the lifetime of their account, subject to the inactivity clause below.

3. Inactivity Clause (Lifetime Plan Only)

For Affiliates on the 20% Lifetime plan, active participation is required. If you do not successfully refer at least one (1) new paying tenant within any consecutive three (3) month period, your lifetime commissions will be scheduled to terminate. Specifically, all commissions from all your previously referred tenants will permanently stop one (1) year after the sign-up date of your very last referred tenant.

4. Payouts and Payments

• All commissions are tracked automatically when a referred tenant makes a successful payment via Stripe.
• Commissions are initially marked as "Pending".
• Manual Payouts: myDigiStaff does not automate bank transfers. Payouts are conducted manually by our administration team.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your bank details (provided in the Affiliate Dashboard) are accurate and up-to-date. myDigiStaff is not liable for delayed or lost payments due to incorrect banking information.

5. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you agree NOT to:

• Use spam, unsolicited email, or illegal marketing practices to promote your referral link.
• Misrepresent myDigiStaff's services, pricing, or features.
• Bid on myDigiStaff branded keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns without explicit written permission.
• Refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn commissions on your own purchases.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

6. Right to Terminate

myDigiStaff reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
