Welcome to myDigiStaff.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by Triprozen Sdn Bhd.
myDigiStaff provides an AI-powered voice agent platform designed for customer service, lead generation, and sales automation. The service is provided "as is".
Our AI Voice Agents are powered by Large Language Models which may occasionally produce inaccurate, unintended, or incomplete responses ("hallucinations"). myDigiStaff is not liable for any business loss, damages, or claims arising from incorrect information provided by the AI to your end-users. You are solely responsible for configuring, testing, and reviewing your AI's instructions.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any local or international laws, including Malaysia’s Communication and Multimedia Act 1998. You must obtain all necessary legal consent from your end-users before initiating automated AI interactions. You must not use the Service to spam, harass, deceive, or maliciously impersonate real humans.
We do not record or store audio files of voice conversations; our processing is limited to real-time transcription and metadata as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You agree that you are the Data Controller for your end-users' data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myDigiStaff and Triprozen Sdn Bhd from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of telemarketing laws, or actions taken by your configured AI Agents.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
